Perforated Zinc Oxide Adhesive Plaster Roll is a classic, widely used, hypoallergenic, and highly breathable medical fixation tape, primarily used for clinical dressing fixation, wound protection, sports protection, and catheter/instrument attachment. It is a functional tape roll with a cotton or non-woven fabric base, coated with a zinc oxide-containing medical adhesive, and featuring a microporous surface treatment.

Core Components and Manufacturing Features:

Base Material: Mainly 100% pure cotton fabric (soft, skin-friendly, breathable, and moisture-wicking) or high-quality non-woven fabric (lighter, thinner, and cost-effective); some high-end models use silk or elastic knitted fabric.

Adhesive Layer: Primarily a natural rubber + zinc oxide (ZnO) composite formula, combining strong adhesion, low irritation, and skin compatibility; clearly labeled "latex-free" is an important safety feature.

Perforation Design: Uniform micropores (approximately 0.2–0.5 mm in diameter) are formed through laser or mechanical stamping. (mm) Significantly improves air and moisture permeability, preventing skin stuffiness, maceration, and allergic reactions.

Physical properties: Non-elastic, high tensile strength, easy to tear (often with serrated edges), leaves no residue upon removal, does not damage hair or delicate skin.

How to use: Clean and dry the skin. Clean the area to be pasted with mild soapy water or saline solution, and dry thoroughly (especially creases such as underarms, groin, and between fingers); If necessary, use a 75% alcohol swab to gently remove excess oil (wait for it to completely evaporate before pasting) to improve initial adhesion; Avoid using oily moisturizers or leaving residual iodine – this will significantly reduce adhesion.
