Haorun Medical Holds 2026 New Staff Induction Training

From August 11 to 12, 2026, Haorun Med organized a three-day on-site factory training for new recruits, enabling them to gain systematic insights into the company’s core product line of medical gauze. The training covered two major modules as follows:

Professional knowledge of gauze products, encompassing the weaving and bleaching process of gauze, theoretical calculation of gauze grammage, specifications and characteristics of gauze swabs, as well as fundamental packaging design standards.

Full production workflow of gauze products: Warping→ Drafting→ Bleaching→ Drying→raw material incoming inspection → slitting → manufacturing & processing → quality inspection → packaging & cartoning → sterilization → container loading.

This hands-on factory training has filled the knowledge gaps of new employees regarding medical consumables, while giving them an in-depth understanding of the company’s stringent quality control protocols. Workshop operators perform their duties diligently and manufacture every product with meticulous care. Quality inspectors conduct comprehensive rigorous testing on all finished goods; any non-conforming items will be scrapped immediately, and relevant operators will be supervised to rectify production issues to ensure zero defective products are released from the factory. Such a rigorous, accountable work ethic and robust, comprehensive quality assurance system set an exemplary standard worthy of learning for all staff members.
