From September 14 to 18, 2025, a delegation from Haorun Medical conducted a five-day in-depth market research tour of Africa, visiting Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
The mission aimed to comprehensively research the local medical product market structure, mainstream product types, and end-use needs, providing key insights for the company's regional strategic layout and product line optimization. During the research, the team visited multiple medical institutions, distribution channels, and retail outlets, engaging in extensive discussions with frontline staff and industry partners. They focused on understanding the market status and competitive landscape for products such as gauze, syringes, tape, and sterilization bags.
The team also visited local pharmacies, medical device markets, and medical institutions, systematically gathering feedback on product quality, price sensitivity, and supply models across various African markets. This enhanced Haorun Medical's understanding of the overall East African medical market environment and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent development of marketable product strategies.
