Iraqi Client Visits Haorun Medical Factory for Inspection

Recently, Mr. Y from an Iraqi company paid an on-site inspection visit to our Changshan factory. The inspection focused on medical gauze, medical tape products and production workshops, aiming to enhance mutual understanding and lay a foundation for future cooperation.

Inspection Process: In-depth Communication Through Multiple Links, Focusing on the Production of Medical Consumables

At the beginning of the inspection, both parties held discussions in the conference room (with air conditioning and drinks prepared in advance) on medical gauze, medical bandages, medical tapes and other products that the client was interested in, with reference to product catalogs, and took a group photo as a memento. Subsequently, Mr. Y went to the sample room to check the actual samples and further clarified his requirements for the packaging of some products. During the visit to the production workshop, the client focused on understanding the output of different machines and conducted an on-site inspection of the production process. After the inspection, both parties returned to the conference room, where our team gave detailed answers to the client's questions and began to prepare the samples required by the client.

Client Feedback: Affirming Basic Performance and Putting Forward Improvement Suggestions

Mr. Y expressed general satisfaction with the overall situation of the factory and took a large number of videos to record the actual situation of the factory. Since he has his own factories and production workshops locally, the client put forward strict requirements for product quality, emphasizing that production must be carried out in strict accordance with the corresponding standards.

Follow-up Plans: Promoting Quotation Follow-up and Facilitating Cooperation Expansion

In response to this inspection, we have formulated a clear follow-up action plan. On the one hand, we will send the quotation for the discussed products to the client as soon as possible and continue to follow up on the client's needs; on the other hand, we will assist the client in finding relevant resources for three production lines (gloves, infusion sets, and bed sheets) to promote the expansion of cooperation between both parties into broader fields.

This inspection has built a platform for in-depth communication between both parties. We will optimize details according to the client's feedback, continuously improve our service and production levels, and look forward to achieving long-term and stable cooperation with Mr. Y's company.
