Ugandan Delegation Conducts Inspection Tour, Thoroughly Investigates Gauze Production Line

(Ningbo, July 22, 2025)-Recently, Uganda's leading medical supplies group conducted a half-month factory audit on Haorun Medical Dressing Co., Ltd. This factory audit focused on the full-process quality control system of high-end medical gauze products, marking a new height in the cooperation between China and Uganda in the field of medical supplies.

Systematic factory audit: Building a closed-loop quality management system

During the audit, the customer team used multi-dimensional evaluation methods such as on-site inspection and document review to strictly review the full life cycle management of gauze products:

1. Source control: Strictly check the qualifications of cotton yarn suppliers, raw cotton inspection reports, and storage environment control (temperature and humidity) to ensure that the source quality is traceable.

2. Intelligent manufacturing: The delegation visited the intelligent loom cluster, fully automatic cutting line and ethylene oxide sterilization workshop, and expressed appreciation for the digital process parameter control system.

3. International certification: Random sampling for microbial testing, fluorescent agent screening, and tensile strength data for the past six months confirm that the product is 100% in compliance with ASTM/FDA international standards.
