During the three days at the Changshan factory,Employees systematically studied the company's main medical gauze products. The main contents included:

Measurement of gauze density: Learn to use a density mirror to measure the density of the warp and weft yarns of gauze, measure the size of the formed gauze sheet with a steel ruler, and learn to measure water absorption.

Packaging type identification: The company's product packaging is divided into paper-based packaging (economical type, suitable for bulk orders) and blister packaging (high-end type, convenient for sterilization and individual sales). The choice should be based on customer requirements.

Product category identification: The main products sold by the company, such as gauze, bandages, and tapes, can be specifically seen and understood in the warehouse.

The on-site learning at the factory has filled the employees' cognitive gaps regarding medical consumables, especially the rigor of quality control. Our workers work diligently and produce each product with care. Quality inspectors meticulously inspect the products, and if any are found to be unqualified, they will be directly destroyed, and the workers will be supervised to make corrections to ensure that there are no defective products.
