Haorunmed Nebulizer Mask is a medical device used to convert liquid medication into fine aerosol particles and deliver them into the patient's respiratory tract.
Components
Mask body: Made of transparent, soft material (PVC or silicone); covers the mouth and nose to ensure effective aerosol inhalation.
Connecting tube/T-piece: Connects the mask to the nebulizer cup.
Nebulizer cup (medication cup): Holds the liquid medication and atomizes it using compressed gas or ultrasonic waves.
Securing strap (head strap): Holds the mask in place on the face and maintains a proper seal.
Exhalation ports: Allow excess gas to escape during exhalation.
Working Principle
Compressed air (or oxygen) passes at high speed through the nozzle of the nebulizer cup; utilizing the Venturi effect, it breaks the liquid medication into aerosol particles with diameters of 1–5 micrometers. As the patient breathes naturally through the mask, the medication particles deposit in the airways and lungs, providing a local therapeutic effect.
